At Nan Ya Plastics Corporation America I coordinated projects alongside the project manager in Asana, tracking phases, deliverables, and stakeholder approvals across three consumer sub-brands: Neuma Home, MP Doors, and MySmartFit Chair. The design work was hands-on: marketing collateral, product visuals, and brand-aligned digital experiences in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, plus refreshed website UX and social media presence. Maintained audit-ready Asana documentation and risk-tracking dashboards across nine phases with zero missed compliance deadlines. The artifacts below are rebuilt as interactive demos.

I maintained the project plan in Asana with phases, owners, dependencies, and effort tags so the team could open the project and see status at a glance. The board served as the system of record for milestones, blockers, and the audit-ready documentation that kept the project compliance-clean across nine phases.
