Nan Ya Plastics Corporation America, May to December 2025. Full-time. Led UX/design and brand execution across three consumer sub-brands: Neuma Home, MP Doors, and MySmartFit Chair. Achieved zero missed compliance deadlines through audit-ready Asana documentation and risk-tracking dashboards. Inside this case study: an Asana board you can drag, an animated Gantt of nine project phases, a hover-to- explore RACI matrix, and the sub-brand work.
DigiComm Solutions Inc., October 2023 to August 2024. Part-time. Delivered SimpleTouch POS, a retail point-of-sale application, on time and within budget by coordinating UX/UI design in Figma, conducting usability testing with end users, and managing sprint timelines and stakeholder approvals. Inside this case study: a clickable POS terminal demo (PIN login, item selection, checkout) and a wireframe-to-finished slider that morphs the design.
